Huntsville Museum of Art reopening after 5-month closure for upgrades
The museum’s reopening is set for August 31, after being under construction for several months for facility upgrades. While closed, the HVAC and humidity regulation system were upgraded, allowing the museum to host exhibits more safely. ...“Our aim was to create a space that feels both welcoming and thought-provoking,” Chief Curator Natalie Mault Mead said. “We approached the reinstallation with fresh eyes, considering not just what we show, but how and why. Whether you’re visiting for the first time or the hundredth, we want the experience to spark new connections and invite deeper engagement with the art.” [Huntsville Museum of Art Membership]
