Huntsville-area home sales continue to soar above 2023 numbers

Realtors and real estate agents are having a merrier holiday season in the Huntsville area. As they have for most of the year, home sales continue to outpace sales from a year ago, according to data from ValleyMLS. Of the five counties in the Huntsville area, only one county did not have better sales than a year ago, but those numbers were flat.
